What data we use and why
When submitting a request, you provide your name and phone number or email. Company, city, task details and comments are optional. We use this information to respond, select equipment and prepare an offer and invoice. This consent does not authorise advertising mailings.
The selected items, quantities, submission time, consent version and advertising referral tags, if any, are stored with the request. Do not include passport details, payment credentials or other information unnecessary for discussing the order.
How data is processed
The request is stored in the website database. A notification containing the request is sent via MAX to the person responsible for processing it. The operator can access the data and uses it to communicate with you. When placing an order, necessary information may be shared with a delivery provider under the agreed terms.
Information is kept until request processing is complete or consent is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded, order documents are retained for the periods applicable to those documents. Server accounts and server security measures restrict access.
Analytics and browser storage
Yandex Metrica is enabled only after you select “Allow” in analytics settings. It receives technical visit information, including the page address without query parameters and button-click events. Webvisor session recording is disabled; form contents are not sent in analytics events.
Your choice is stored in your browser. Advertising referral tags are temporarily kept within the tab to associate a submitted request with its source. You can change your Metrica choice using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. Declining analytics does not prevent request submission.
Your requests about data
To clarify, correct or delete data, or withdraw consent, email us with the contact details or request reference needed to locate your enquiry. Withdrawal does not cancel processing with an independent basis, such as retaining documents for a concluded contract.
