Transport and packaging
Handover, packaging, delivery cost and timing are agreed based on your city and the equipment dimensions and weight. Include an address or city in your request.
Before you order
Can I order a complete kit at once?
Yes. One request can include a pusher, winch and pulling rope in the required quantities. We check compatibility during selection.
Why are there no fixed prices?
The price depends on the model, configuration and supply terms. You receive an offer with a specific price before payment.
How do I check that the equipment is suitable?
Tell us about the cable, route and power supply. We agree on the model, specifications, accessories and documentation before the order.
What warranty and documents are provided?
Warranty terms, equipment passport, instructions and other documents are confirmed for the specific model when agreeing on the order.
